Sometimes we just burst out with no obvious reason, do impossible things and then do not understand how it could happen. In most cases it is our dark side, or Shade to blame for such inadequate behavior. Learning the features of your alter ago and accepting them will make you a more harmonious personality.
Shade is a so-called store of all unnecessary or dangerous qualities which were extruded from our character by the society, but in stressful situations they can still pop up. Shade contains great energy and if you approach your dark side consciously you can turn it into creative energy, otherwise this power can become disastrous for your personality. The suppression of shade energy can lead to neurosis or different diseases, such as heart disease or gastric ulcer.

1. William Shakespeare born and died at the same day (April, 23)
2. Lord Byron was a womanizer. In spite of the fact that he was fat and lame, he managed to have sex with 250 (!) women within one year spent in Venice. Unfortunately, opposite sex wasn’t the only passion of Lord Byron. He used to spend a lot of time with young boys as well. Apparently, 250 women weren’t enough for him.

There is such a notion called auto synchronization. It is also called “The 5% law”.
First this process was recognized in ancient Egypt. The core of the notion is the following: if 5% of members ofany community do the same action, all other majority of the society begins to repeat this action.
For example, if you frighten 5% of the calm horse herd, the whole herd will run away in panic. If 5% of the fireflies family accidentally flashes at the same time, the whole family will start glowing.

Several years ago I was amazed by site-specific installations created by Julian Opie. It was in 2008 in Dublin. They were great indeed. The series was titled “Julian Opie: Walking on O’Connell Street” as far as I remember. Several LED screens were installed in the city center. One could see male and female figures walking to nowhere.

It seems like to be a vegetarian becomes trendy. Why do people decide to refuse to eat flesh products? Usually it happens because of animal rights and other environment issues, someone worries about health, someone just wants to save the money. Anyway they decide to do it once and forever.
Before you decide to become a vegetarian it would be better to consult your physician as it concerns your health. And for some reasons some people can’t be vegetarians. For example, people who suffer from anemia are not recommended to be vegetarians. Otherwise they need to be attentive to their diet. It is very serious indeed. At the same time it is recommended to be a vegetarian for you if you suffer gastric ulcer. Also you should keep in mind that it would be a great change in your life. So you should take it seriously. It concerns your health, mind and lifestyle in general. You should answer the question, “Why do I need to be a vegetarian? What for?”. If you are not serious then there is no sense to refuse to eat meat. I warn you it would be a challenge for you if you like eat meat. I know some vegetarians who refused to eat meat and it was very difficult for them. Some of them decided to do it due to health issues, some decided to help to save animals. But sooner or later they wanted to eat meat again. Well, you should decide it for yourself. If it is a challenge anyway you may eat soy products. And again these products would be healthier for you as well. At the same time you should take into account that too much of soy food is not good as well. Just try to keep balance.
